Choosing the Right Element

Geyser elements come in two fitting types:

  • 50mm Flange – The most common type, compatible with Kwikot and Heattech geysers.
  • 35mm Screw-In / Boss – Found in older geysers, such as Tecron and GAP geysers.

A 2kW XTEND element replaces a 3kW standard element (150L geyser), while a 3kW XTEND element replaces a 4kW standard element (200L+ geyser).
